  We recently had the pleasure of staying in rooms 106 and 127, and both accommodations were absolutely perfect. The check-in and check-out processes were seamless and efficient, which made our arrival and departure very convenient.
  
  During our visit, we encountered a minor issue with the garbage disposal, but it was resolved within five minutes. I truly appreciated the prompt assistance.
  
  I would especially like to commend Cassie and Vanessa in the office. They were both exceptionally welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. When we experienced issues with tar on the beach, Cassie kindly provided us with a magic eraser, which made a big difference.
  
  The location of the condos is ideal—just a short walk to the beach and nearby town. There are two gas stations within a three-minute walk and two golf cart rental companies close by. We used Sage Beach Carts, which was also conveniently located.
  
  The pool area was clean and, to our delight, very quiet, which made for a relaxing experience. Our rooms were spotless, well-equipped, and the air conditioning worked perfectly.
  
  Overall, I was very impressed with these condos and would absolutely choose to stay here again. I highly recommend them to anyone considering a visit.

  I’ve been renting from Courtyard for 5 years. I love how clean and manicured this place is. I’ve never had a bad experience with my rentals. I do share information with my friends and family members being the best place to stay at for the convenience to the beach 2 blocks away and easy access to downtown area.
